What we collect
When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email, an optional phone number, what you're reaching out about, your message, and your permission choices. If you sign up for updates, we collect your email and, optionally, your first name. We don't ask for medical or health information — please don't include it.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to your inquiry. We send podcast updates only if you separately opted in. We don't sell your information or share it for advertising.
Nominations
If you nominate someone, we'll speak only with you. A nomination doesn't give us permission to contact or interview the person you named.
Storage
Submissions are stored in a private database that isn't publicly viewable and are accessible only to the project's administrators.
Your choices
You can ask us to update or delete your information, or stop receiving updates, at any time by sending a note through the contact form or by emailing AskMeWhileImHere@gmail.com.
